ZY3400/14.5/32型液压支架操作手柄安全保护装置研究

Study on Locking Protection Device of Hydraulic Support Control Handle

摘要:

液压支架的操纵手柄大多裸露在外,无任何闭锁保护,易因意外触、碰手柄产生误动作造成生产安全事故。本文通过液压支架工作过程中可能导致事故发生的因素分析,对液压支架操纵手柄闭锁保护装置进行了研究,在分析、设计与核算的基础上制作了操纵手柄保护装置。本装置具有结构简单、部件少、制作工艺简便、实用性强等特点,其推广应用可有效避免液压支架误动作而导致的经济损失和伤亡事故。

Abstract:

The control handles on hydraulic support were most being bared without locking device, any unexpected misoperation on control handles may cause seriously accident. This paper base on the existing hidden dangers in daily production operation, through lots of analysis, designs and calculations, worked out a locking protection device for hydraulic support control handles. This locking device has many advantages such as simply structure, less components, simple manufacturing process, and better practicability. The wide application of the device will effectively avoid the economic loss and casualties cause by misoperation in using hydraulic support.
